Day 1 — Travel day · Atlanta to San Francisco

KTP picked Ted up at his home in Atlanta and managed every step of the journey: check-in, security, the flight, and arrival. Checked into the hotel together, got him settled for the night, and reviewed the plan for the days ahead.

Ted arrived rested. No one had to pick him up from the airport.

Day 2 — Graduation ceremony

KTP transported Ted to the venue and ensured he had met up with Josh before the ceremony began. After the ceremony, KTP picked him up at an agreed upon time and returned Ted to the hotel to rest before the following day.

Caleb saw his grandfather and got a picture with him in his graduation garb. That was the moment Josh had hoped for.

Day 3 — Graduation gathering at Josh's home

KTP drove Ted to Josh's home for the afternoon celebration. Ted was dropped at the door and welcomed by his family. At the agreed time, KTP returned to pick him up. A clean, graceful exit without anyone having to manage the goodbye or the drive back.

He could stay as long as it felt right — and leave before it didn't.

Day 4 — Return home to Atlanta

KTP and Ted met-up in the hotel lobby, handled the return flight, and delivered him back to his front door in Atlanta.

Home with ease. Door to door.

What KTP made possible

Ted didn't have to depend on Josh for a single logistical thing. Which meant the time they did share wasn't loaded with obligation. He arrived as a grandfather, not a burden. Josh didn't have to choose between hosting his son's graduation and managing his father's travel. And when the gathering got full and loud and complicated the way family and friends gatherings do, Ted could leave quietly, on his own schedule because KTP was already waiting outside.
